Remembrance Sunday 2024 on Tristan

The two churches on Tristan take it in turns to hold the annual Remembrance Sunday service. which commemorates those who made the ultimate sacrifice. This year, it was the turn of St. Mary's Anglican Church, and the service was conducted by lay reader Carlene Glass-Green.

Administrator Philip Kendall and Acting Chief Islander Rodney Green laid wreaths on behalf of the Government and the Island Council at the flagpole outside Prince Philip Hall, which is Tristan's war memorial.
