Queen's Day 2020
Report and photos from Rachel Green and Samantha Lowe
Queen's Day originally had been planned for Friday 28th February 2020, but sadly because of bad weather it was postponed until Tuesday the 3rd March. The Chief Islander rung the gong early morning letting all the islanders know it would be Queen's Day, so that everyone could prepare for the busy day ahead. The fishing competition started early morning, while various other activities were held later that afternoon. When all activities were completed, the Administrators invited all of the islanders to the Residency for a reception and prize giving for all the competitions.
