Annual Gathering Sold Out
Booking Update on 31st March 2023
We have closed booking for the Annual Gathering on 15th April 2023
and are now preparing the final food order to the Holiday Inn.
Day and Dinner Dance bookings have been very strong,
with those for the Dinner Dance booking a record high.
We look forward to welcoming TDCA members and some guests.
Those staying at the hotel will start arriving on Friday 14th April
and there will be a committee meeting at 3pm on that afternoon.
Many have booked for dinner direct with the hotel which will be served at 6.30pm
in the main hotel restaurant.
We remind all those attending to register their car for free parking throughout their stay at hotel reception
- this also applies to day visitors on 15th April. Regular hotel guests have to pay for parking,
but we have this deal as part of our booking package, along with discounted accommodation prices.
