Obituary for Eric Glass, known as Little Eric
We regret to report the death of Eric Peter Glass who passed away on Saturday 14th June 2025, aged 76 years.
Eric was born on the 18th July 1948, the only child of Andrew and Ivy Glass. He was always known as "Little Eric" to distinguish himself from his uncle also called Eric Glass. He remained single.
Eric spent his life rooted in the close-knit community of Tristan. Known for his gentle nature and warm presence, he was a cherished figure to all who knew him.
Though retired in his later years, Eric remained active in spirit. He was passionate about music, often found strumming his guitar and brought joy through song to those around him. His love for playing the guitar was more than a hobby- it was how he shared his soul.
Eric is survived by his Uncle Eric, his close family and friends, who will remember him with love and admiration.
