St Mary's School End of Term Report

End of Term Report from St Mary’s School
From teacher Rhyanna Swain

The second term of the 2025 school year has come to an end. It has been a super busy term for both the teachers and the students. The teachers have worked tirelessly to ensure the students had covered all the content needed for this term and the students worked extra hard preparing for their end of term tests. These tests are done so the teachers are able to calculate if the students are at the levels required for their year group.

Philip Kendall presenting Judith Green with her Early Childhood Certificate

It was also a very special day. We had the pleasure of welcoming Administrator Philip Kendall to the assembly. Philip came along to present Judith Green with a certificate for completing the Introduction to Early Childhood Development Course. This was a very special moment, and we congratulate Judith on this amazing achievement. It shows us that despite your age you're never too old to learn.

The school closed on 29th August for a 2-week holiday and reopened on 16th September. We hope everyone enjoyed their holiday and we look forward to what the next term will bring.
