Wow and just like that the first school term of 2023 has ended. It's been an amazing term and the students have worked extra hard to deliver some spectacular work.

Exam candidates, Ryan and Tristan have started their exams. They have worked tirelessly revising for them and we hope all their hard work pays off. We wish them every success in completing them.

We welcomed back Head teacher Mr Peter Foster after being without him for nearly four years, and we hope he enjoys his time at St Mary's.

On Friday the 5th May 2023 in assembly, there was a prize ceremony. Prizes were given out to the children who received the most awards over the term, the Peter Day Cup was awarded to a pupil who tried extra hard, and a shield was presented for the most points to the Inaccessible House Captain. These awards were truly well deserved.

St Mary's School closed on Friday the 5th of May for 2 weeks' holiday, the students returned back on the 23rd of May, whilst the teachers returned on the 22nd of May for an inset day. We hope the students enjoyed every minute of their well-earned break and we look forward for what Term 2 will have to offer!
