Due to severe delays with February's planned voyage of the Lance, it was decided to schedule an additional voyage of the MFV Edinburgh after a quick turnround in Cape Town to carry the Lance's cargo and passengers.

Departure from Tristan

The MFV Edinburgh departed Tristan at 3:45pm on Monday 21st April 2025 with the following passengers: Islanders: Terence Green, Denise & Patrick Rogers, Kirsty, Eugene, Ella & Aiden Repetto, John Kenneth Green, and Patricia Repetto; Non-Islanders Wynand Van Vuuren (Factory Manager), Yolanda Sebitloane (Partner), and Virginia Golding (Nurse).

The MFV Edinburgh arrived at Tristan on Good Friday 18th April 2025 at 4:00am, bringing the first supplies in two months. Passengers came ashore at 08:30. Offloading then commenced and was completed by 18.30 the same day.

Passengers were: Islanders: Jason Green, Natalie, Noah & Louie Swain, Karl, Julia & Kaitlyn Hagan, Sandra & Deanna Rogers, David & Doreen Swain; Non-islander: Dr. Alex Wonner (Medical Officer)

The MFV Edinburgh departed Cape Town at about 1:30pm on Friday 11th April 2025.
