2017 Calshot Harbour Repairs

Sea and Shore contractors have been busy pouring over 160 cubic metres of concrete into cavities that formed on the East, West and South quays of Calshot Harbour. This has been achieved by coring out parts of the deck to find the cavities that have presumably been eroding over the years. Some of the holes were impressively large as you will see in the photos below.
The contractors arrived aboard SVS Grenville on 15th January and departed on MV Baltic Trader on 11th March after completing their work.
