Departure from Tristan

The MFV Lance departed Tristan at about 6:00pm on Monday 13th June 2022.

Passengers are: Islanders: Rodney Green, Ricky & Amanda Swain, and Terence & Maureen Green. Non-islanders: Philip Mansell & Desiree Repetto, Nicolas Brahy (CTBTO), Emil Pirzenthal, and Kumi Joubert (Nurse) plus Medevac.

Arrival at Tristan

The MFV Lance arrived at Tristan early in the morning of Tuesday 31st May 2022 but went to the lee of Inaccessible as the sea conditions is not suitable for disembarking passengers and cargo. passengers were eventually able to disembark on the morning of Friday 3rd June, but with the sea conditions not being good, it was not possible to offload cargo until Sunday 12th June.

Passengers were: Non-islanders: Fouche Conradie, Anuskah, Rishka & Charles Hahn (Factory Technical Manager and family), and Marius & Christine Van Veggelen (Nursing Officer/Midwife).

Departure from Cape Town

The MFV Lance departed Cape Town about 2:00pm on Monday 23rd May 2022.
